I am absolutely THRILLED to share some exciting news that has me jumping for joy as both your local real estate expert and a passionate fitness enthusiast. If you haven't heard already, Life Time Fitness is planning to build a brand new luxury fitness facility right here in South Riding!
The Details
As someone who has dedicated herself to fitness throughout my life (from my days as a world champion bodybuilder to my current fitness routines), I couldn't be more excited about this development. According to recent reports, Life Time has filed plans with Loudoun County for a massive 102,000-square-foot facility that would be built at the upcoming Cedar Terrace development in South Riding.
The proposed facility would include a large outdoor pool and six outdoor pickleball courts. This project would be located on the south side of Route 50 near the intersection with Loudoun County Parkway, just north of South Riding Market Square and behind the Home Depot store.
What Makes Life Time Special
For those unfamiliar with Life Time, this isn't just another gym. Life Time facilities are luxury health clubs that offer a comprehensive wellness experience. Based on their other locations in Virginia and across the country, we can expect amenities such as:
State-of-the-art fitness equipment
